​To safeguard on-site manufacturing teams during the COVID-19 pandemic, KDC/ONE needed a fast, accessible way to screen hundreds of employees daily. I led strategy, research, and design of a contactless health check-in system featuring facial recognition kiosks, badge scanning, and multilingual, icon-based interfaces. By focusing on speed, clarity, and accessibility, the system reduced screening time to under 60 seconds, boosted protocol compliance, and provided real-time reporting to safety teams—supporting both frontline workers and leadership in crisis response.
