The National Rosacea Society needed a more accessible, mobile-friendly website to deliver trusted health content. I led research and design for a responsive, restructured platform that improved navigation, readability, and user trust. The redesign led to an increase in mobile engagement and enhanced the team’s ability to manage and share vital resources with ease.
