Xepi Cream: Supporting Prescription Adherence for Impetigo Treatment
To improve prescription adherence for impetigo treatment, I led the end-to-end design of a mobile companion app for Xepi Cream. Noncompliance was linked to forgetfulness and unclear instructions. In 8 weeks, I partnered with pharmacists, engineers, and a PM to deliver a solution grounded in user research.
The final design emphasized empathy and simplicity: warm visuals, accessible UI, and subtle encouragement to build treatment habits, including refill alerts and secure provider messaging.
